Enjoy the spectacular beauty of the Sonoran Desert, ride through the towering Saguaro, prickley pear, hedgehog, morman tea and oddly shaped Octillo. A few minutes from historic Cave Creek, noted for its Gold mining and ranching, you will feel as if you have stepped back in time. With trails in theTonto National Forest, State of Arizona Trust Lands, and across the Spur Cross Preserve you can take one of our regularly scheduled rides or design a ride for yourself.

One of only two stables permitted through the Spur Cross Conservation area, you will have a chance to ride through the flowing waters of Cave Creek and enjoy our new Petroglyph ride. First mined in 1870 as the Bully Mine the stable and riding trails are marked by abandoned gold mines and prospectors shafts.

If you are a beginner just wanting to learn basic horsemanship, or a rider wanting to advance their skills, we offer education in both areas. We also offer rider training in barrel racing and pole bending, and beginning roping, ground lessons.

The meet some of our animals...we have Jack, Jill, and Pete, the pygmy goats, Gilbert, the 300 lb potbelly, and Norman, his smaller brother, and Jake and Roscoe the burros.
